About

Illinois CTE Curriculum Revitalization Project

The Mission of the Project: The mission of the Illinois Curriculum Revitalization Project is to "Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative curriculum resources for the Illinois Career and Technical Education community." The Project is funded by the Illinois State Board of Education's College and Career Readiness Division.

The Project exists to support teachers and their students in grades 9 to 12 with lesson plans, accompanying PowerPoint presentations, visual masters, test bank items, and lab sheets aligned with Common Core, Illinois, and national workplace standards. In FY10, the Project added electronic text materials (E-Units) for student use and a test bank. The online grading of the test bank items allows the Project to generate statewide, standard-specific report results. The Illinois CTE Curriculum Revitalization Project website curriculum resources include web casts, helpful links materials, file manager specialized content, and curriculum delivery via http://www.ilcte.org and http://www.mycaert.com.
